Cellular Plans

Cellular plans are now available for resale!

Plans range from the Basic Talk and Text Plan up to the Unlimited Plus or the 100GB Plan.

• Customers can bring over any phone from any network
• The plans will work on phones even if they are locked to a carrier!
• Can port in an existing number or get a new number!
  Access to all 3 major networks at the same rates!

Key Points:

Networks available: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile (via Tracfone)

Device/carrier compatibility: The device should be confirmed to work for the network prior to activation, if you are unsure it is best to use the same network as their previous operator to ensure 100% compatibility.

Financial Eligibility: Ensure no balance is remaining on the device to the carrier or there may be a financial device block on the device from the carrier. Any AT&T > AT&T or VZ > VZ (after 60 days) will work even if there is a balance since the device lock only occurs when the network operator is changed like AT&T > VZ etc. A sim card lock test can be done by inserting another carrier sim to ensure it is unlocked and ready to go by confirming you can access the home screen!

Billing Reminders:
1- No cancellations once the line is billed for and shows on an invoice.
2- 3 days notice prior to renewals is needed to process cancellations and ensure that bills are not generated.
3- You will be billed daily via an active credit card on the account for TF lines as they are renewed.
4- A smart tip: if your client cancels, you can resell the same line to the next customer and just request for a sim swap. You get to save on the activation fees.
