Activation Guidelines
Pre Activate your lines!
- We recommend activations to be done prior to being sold
- If you know that you are going to sell 50 sims in the next 7 days, activate those 50 sims upfront so you have the lead time to test them and deploy them
- Test every single sim you activate before you sell it
- Minimizes issues of user capability and any plan configuration issues we may encounter
Test in devices you haven't used before!
- If you are activating on a device you have never activated before, make sure you test the active sim in the device to confirm it is working and any configurations that are needed on it
Sim Cards
- We highly suggest shipping 2 sims for each AT&T Activation/Sale you have
- Verizon and T-Mobile are reusable so 1 sim is fine
- AT&T is not reusable, if there are any issues then an additional blank sim handy is very helpful
Activation Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Activations can take up to 24 hours SLA
- It is always best to preemptively activate and test the sim before deploying it to a customer
- Due to increased demand and more networks in our offering we cannot assure real-time activations anymore
- As always we will try our best to activate as quickly as possible while keeping everyone happy
Networks
- We currently offers products on all 3 networks (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile)!
- If you would like to use any of these networks contact your account manager to review pricing and plans
Coverage
- Check coverage in the zip code that your customer lives in
- You can easily check the coverage on each network by clicking the links below
- Checking coverage will mitigate any signal issues the customer may have
